Tosha is the ‘Star of the Week’!
He was given the coveted award for his determination to read well.
He reads books most nights to us; and obviously is enjoying reading at school, too.

We try ever so hard to get our boys to bed at a half-decent time so that they get a good night’s sleep and wake up refreshed and in time to get ready for school. This evening, Tosha brought home his first reading homework. He read the entire book through all by himself, only getting stuck on the name of one character, Chip. Big brother Tolii helped him sound it out. Tosha started at Whitchurch Primary School today. He only goes for half a day because he was born in the summer (how he managed full days at nursery are beyond us!). Tosha celebrated his 4th birthday while on holiday in Jersey, C.I. There was a chocolatey cake with candles to blow out, and several presents from Grangela and the rest of us (more presents came upon our arrival home). |
