About The Place…

The Vyne is a National Trust property just to the north of Basingstoke.

It has a mansion to tour and a good sized garden to explore, including a footpath into the surrounding countryside.

Location

Drive to Basingstoke (exit 6 from the M3; or A33 south from Reading; or A339 from Newbury; or B3400 from Whitchurch). Get yourself onto the ring road and head to the north part of town; take the exit to the roundabout that leads to the A340. Head north, follow the signs.
