Tips for Getting Through the Day

  1. Surprise Tree
    • Take chocolate treats with you;
    • Hide them in the roots or branches of trees along your walk;
    • Call out “I think there’s a surprise tree around here..see if you can find the surprises!”
    • Have them start by looking around other nearby trees
  2. Take along Fruit!
